I have had the honor of working with Chris on the UX development for one of our client websites. Chris has a proactive, teachable, and goal-oriented work ethic that has been a major detail to why our project has progressed so smoothly. He seeks out solutions independently and always keeps an open line of communication to make sure everyone is on the same page. As a UX/UI professional, he was able to recognize areas of the website that can optimize user-friendly experiences and enhance the overall design. Further, Chris has amazing research skills both in the technical and industry sense. He is willing to take the extra time to research the industry extensively, analyze the current tools and product, and implement material that will not only elevate the position of the client, but optimize both the end-user experience as well as the client's internal team. As a team member, Chris always kept a positive spirit and made sure to communicate issues even if he did not have a solution yet. This encouraged collaborative thinking which resulted in an outcome that our client was proud to see.
